[Profiles] Christina Palavra -MISS RHODE ISLAND USA 2014 Full Biography

Christina Palavra was crowned Miss Rhode Island USA 2014 at the conclusion of the state pageant held on September 8th, 2013 at the Rhode Island Center for Performing Arts (RICPA) in Cranston. The beauty from Providence, Rhode Island is 18 years old. She will represent the state of Rhode Island in the Miss USA 2014 pageant, scheduled for next summer in Florida.

Biography
Christina is a 2012 graduate of St Mary Academy Bay View (two years behind fellow Bay View alum Olivia Culpo) where she was the two-year captain of the volleyball team, as well as competing in basketball, lacrosse and softball. She now attends and plays for the University of Rhode Island, where she is majoring in Elementary and Special Education. She enjoys eating, talking, writing, fashion, wakeboarding, adventures, animals, laughing and making other people laugh. Christina will turn 19 at the end of October.
