Marine Lorphelin, born March 16, 1993 in Macon, is the 84th Miss France. She was elected Miss Saône-et-Loire in 2012,Then Miss Bourgogne,and she became Miss France 2013 , December 8, 2012 in Limoges. She is educated in the school of Cut to Charnay-les-Macon, then the middle and high school Bréart Lamartine Macon, where she obtained her bachelor of science with a"very good" reference, Very sporty, she practiced gymnastics (8 years) and athletics (5 years) during his childhood and won the title of champion of Bourgogne in the triple jump minime2 category 3.

On September 28, Marine represented our country at MISS WORLD 2013 Pageant who was held in INDONESIA. She finished as 1st Runner Up.
Biography
Marine was born and raised in the city of Mâcon. Describing herself as hardworking, she is currently a 2nd year medical student with aspirations of travelling the world helping its people before becoming a paediatrician or obstetrician. Marine has practiced athletics and gymnastics at a competitive level, winning “Vice Championnes de France” for her athletics team in the past. Her favourite author is Anna Gavalda, she enjoys listening to Lana del Ray, and her favourite food is Italian Cuisine.

"Bonjour, Holà, Hallo, Hi everyone!
I'm Marine Lorphelin and I like to introduce myself as a "normal" girl of 20 years but my life changed the last 8th December when I became Miss France 2013. It was the most amazing moment of my Life!!! I'm so proud to represent my beautiful country.
I have always believed in destiny, but things happened only if you provoke them. That's why I plan to realise my dreams and one of them is to become an obstetrician or a paediatrician. I'm actually in the second year of medicine.
My parents taught me that school is the better way to grow up So I would say I'm a hard-worker, generous and curious girl. And what most exciting than travels? People from various cultures have so much to learn from each other, I'm so happy to discover Indonesia with the other contestants!
I wish you to realise your dreams, as I am by participating at Miss World and thank you so much for your support. Everyone has his lucky star, you are mine. And let's catch the stars at Miss World!!!"
