Miss Tourism International 2013 - Angeli Dione Gomez-Philippines

The 20-year-old Cebuana beauty queen left the Philippines last December 8, 2013 to compete in the Miss Tourism International title currently held by fellow Miss Philippines titlist Rizzini Alexis Gomez.

Angeli Dione Gomez won the 2013 edition of the Mutya ng Pilipinas-Tourism International title during the coronation night held last July 2013. The film graduate from Toledo City will try to replicate the title won by Rizzini Alexis Gomez who won the title last year, who is also a fellow Cebuana.
The Philippines have already garnered various international beauty title this year, as the country was already named by the various pageant experts as the “Country of the Year” in beauty pageant.
New Straits Times added to their report that Angeli Dione Gomez will be tasked as travelling ambassador to promote informal international relations between countries to spread the message of peace, goodwill and friendship.

In regard with this winning, Angeli Dione Gomez victory is the latest in a string of victories for the Philippines in international beauty pageants.

Among the Filipina won in various pageants just this year, were  Megan Young (Miss World), Mutya Johanna Datul (Miss Supranational), and Bea Rose Santiago (Miss International).
