A capacity crowd filled the auditorium on Sunday evening for the pageant finals, where the panel of judges selected Bishara Dorre of Milwaukee as Miss Wisconsin USA 2014, and Patience Vallier of Lake Mills as Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2014.  Both titleholders will now advance and compete next year at the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA national pageants.

The competition, which is held annually, consists of three proportional segments: evening gown, swimwear and interview. Eligible young women must be between the ages of 14 and 26 and be unmarried residents of Wisconsin in order to compete in the pageant.

Bishara will compete for the title of Miss USA on the live national telecast of Miss USA next summer, and Patience will compete for the title of Miss Teen USA at the national pageant next year.

Bishara is a graduate from Wauwatosa East High School. She has a degree in broadcast journalism from Columbia College in Chicago.

Earlier this year, Dorre was one of the FOX Sports Wisconsin girls chosen to go to Germany to help FOX Sports bring spring training to American troops there.
